Thanks for all you do as Scoutmaster. As a Scoutmaster myself, I look at your posts and I always feel like saying to the adults in our troop “see, other Scoutmasters are saying the same things I am!” We missed each other by a couple of days at Philmont last year. Great experience and great observations on lightening the backpack. The other adults that went with me agree with your observations. Keep up the good work, Jerry.
