Pineapple Curry

I dug this one out of the Scoutmaster archives.  I really like this meal out on the trail.  Just enough pop to satisfy.  Tasty, easy, and worth the prep.  Give this one a try.. you will not be disappointed.

  1. I did this recipe as a demo at our meeting this past Monday. It came out pretty good. I used rice that I had dehydrated in place of instant. I had trouble finding the foil pouches, I ended up using 2 – 5 oz cans of chicken. I haven't bought pouches lately but was surprised to not be able to find it. Those might not be good for backpacking. The recipe made quite a bit, I used plastic spoons and let the boys take a taste or 2.
