Hi Jerry and All, I have been podcast listening for awhile. I wanted to offer the observation that #s 36 and 37 were very helpful. The closer you get to talking about what's going on in the unit, the more excellent things get. Your experience there is surely authentic and perhaps uniquely valuable when so many units struggle. Wish I had had your unit perspective before my SM turn. Very important info. YiS, Pete
